RECIPE:

2 medium potatoes peeled diced
1 onion peeled diced
Add with 3 cups of water and cook all these til soft
Blend in vitamix:
Cooked veggies with water
1/3 c oil
2/3 c cashews
5 sautéed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon mkays chicken seasoning
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste 
3 Tablespoons of nutritional yeast
Blend it all up til creamy cheese consistency
Add to cooked pasta.
