RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS

SPICED PUMPKIN PUDDING
24oz. silken tofu
1 can (15oz) pumpkin puree
1/3 cup maple syrup or other sweetener 1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
dash of salt (optional to taste)
RECIPE STEPS
1. place all ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth and fully combined
2. divide mixture into bowls
3. refrigerate until set (about 2 hours)
4. serve with coconut whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon or however your heart desires.
5. Enjoy! 😀
