1 cup of passion fruit juice or pineapple juice (if Juice is unsweetened, add coconut sugar to taste)
1 cup of full fat coconut milk
Blend juice and milk and add to chia seeds, mix with a fork. Refrigerate for a few hours til it thickens. Serve cold.
