Make Delicious Apple, Carob, Blueberry, PANCAKES // Fluffy and Vegan / Vegetarian!
These gorgeous and mouth-watering pancakes are so easy to make and can be made in a variety of flavors! You definitely want to make your pancakes like this 😃
RECIPE:
2 1/2 C unbleached all purpose flour, or white whole wheat flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 C milk (soy milk, almond milk, flaxseed milk, etc.)
1Tbsp oil (vegetable, canola or corn)
Combine the dry ingredients well and then add the wet ingredients and lightly mix it until well combined.
Add in your favorite extra flavor: 1 C of carob chips, or 1 C of blueberries, or 3-4 grated apples, or 2-3 mashed banana, etc.
Let it rest 3-5 minutes and cook it on a griddle or a frying pan, turning it over when the bottom part has browned. If the batter is too thick when you cook it, you can add a little more milk to it.
Enjoy them with your favorite syrup, or by themselves.
