The BEST Way to Make HORCHATA 🍶 // with Almond Milk

With summer 2016 right around the corner, learn to make this refreshing take on Horchata!
RECIPE:
1 cup of rice
½ cup of sesame seeds
2 cinnamon sticks
4 tablespoons of coconut sugar
2 cups of almond milk
2 cups of water
Toast rice, sesame seeds and the cinnamon stick until Golden.
Put into a blender with two cups of water, blend for 5 minutes.
Strain it (you can repent this process two more times with the same mix, adding 1 cup of water every time)
Add almond milk and coconut sugar.
Serve cold with some cinnamon powder on top.
