RECIPE:
3-4 frozen bananas
1 cup of blue berries
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
Put frozen bananas in a food processor or blender, blend until smooth and add the berries, process for 2 more minutes, serve in a plate or a bowl and add chia seeds, hemp seeds and some Rawnola or any other toppings you like. Enjoy! 😀
