RECIPE:
450 grams all-purpose flour
300 grams brown sugar
5 tablespoons carob powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 pinch of salt
450 ml soy milk
150 ml canola oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Roasted walnuts.
For the cake filling:
1 cup Nutriwhip
1 cup carob chips melted in 1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup carob ganache ( 1/2 cup carob chips melted in 1/4 cup soy milk)
