How to Make a Banana Crumble Cake // Delicious and Healthy

Learn how to make a healthy banana crumble cake -with healthier ingredients- that you will love! 😀
RECIPE:
1 1/2 C unbleached flour
1 1/2 C cornstarch
1 1/2 C sugar
1 Tbsp aluminum free baking powder
3/4 C canola oil
10-12 ripe bananas
1 1/2 C milk ( soy, almond, flaxseed)
Cinnamon to taste

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the oil and mix to get a crumble. Spread about 1/3 of the crumble on a greased baking dish. Cover with bananas sliced lengthwise, spread another 1/3 of the crumble to cover the bananas, repeat another layer of bananas and cover with the rest of the crumble. Spoon the milk on top until all the crumble is covered and sprinkle ground cinnamon on top. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes, or until golden.
